Greens = Iron

There is more protein and iron in a vege diet than we have been led to believe. If not, how do some of the strongest animals in the world like gorillas get their muscle?

Eat and drink your greens knowing you are getting your daily hit of body building amino acids that create muscle, minerals like iron that build blood and calcium that builds bone.
