Daytripper

Here is a great article that gives you the go-ahead to turn off the computer,
down tools on whatever you are working on and allow yourself some
unadulterated free time - to just DAYDREAM!

Professor Yang from the University of California has found that when children
do spend time in reflection and introspection the ability to focus on the outside
world increases.

Unfortunately for children these days, the amount of free time has shrunk, with many
kids in planned activities every day of the week. It seems the need to train our children to
unplug and make time for daydreaming is critical in balanced development.
